We had a great weekend and would you credit it, great weather.  Everyone had a blast even the hunter gatherers managed to fix up an old motor boat so they could motor into Veere for something “lekkers voorbij de koffie”

 The kids had a fantastic time in the water and just running around like only kids can.  And the barbeque and following campfire went down well with everyone.  Nobody wanted the weekend to end, so much so that we all went back to Anita’s on Sunday night to finish off with another BBQ. I wouldn’t like to say how much booze we got through enough to say there wasn’t much change out of 4 x bottles of Gin. Roll on next year!!!
