Set up Your Own WIGZ Event

To set up your own WIGZ event please complete the form.  WIGZ will then publicise your event, add it to our event calendar and invite members. 

On your behalf WIGZ will also ensure that numbers are managed, costs are covered and will communicate with members on your behalf.  You, of course, will be kept up to date throughout the process.

Useful information to be included in the 'Details' section would be:

• what you intend to do at the event
• the price and what is included in this
• do members need to bring anything additional along
• the max amount of people that can attend
• the date that members need to RSVP by
